yeah, its because north korea is completly void of industrial development. smaller than 10% of the region has electricity. no electricity, no lights.

I count on awesome people like you to enlighten me. I wonder what the population ratio is compared to S. Korea. The grad student I am doing research with tells me some sad stories about people living in North Korea.

I am a lunch buddy whore, so you should tell me which one you are. I once saw a map of the whole world. The united states was pretty lit up in the north eastern side ofcourse. Japan was GLOWING! and Pakistan was lit up around the five major rivers. Keep on keepin' on.
