hey man! awesome post. love it. i've been running 4-5 days a week this summer and love it. i'm down 10-15 pounds and feel great. it's a big part of my life now. still not running as long of distances as i'd like, but any direction i run in this town i have to climb a big hill which kills me. plus i try to run on the beach once in a while as well. good stuff good stuff.peace.
